I like it because it has the red on white background, which is like a stain on purity. Red also stands for blood and death, so it is a good symbolic image. But I agree with samishaffer that the font could use a little changing.
I like the design because it gives simple message of "no smoking". I use to be a smoker and have been clean for almost 2 years now and teach my youth group about how your taking years of your life and killing yourself slowly.
