How many NSY Tee's can I get? ↑TOP

One at a time. Free shirts don’t grow on trees, so for now, your first three MOB points will score you one free NSY Tee. But keep coming back and earning MOB points because after a few months, we’ll send you an email alerting you that you’re eligible for another free NSY Tee!
Can I just buy a NSY Tee? ↑TOP

Nope, sorry. We’re not allowed to charge a dime for these bad boys. So you’ll just have to earn those MOB points and get them for FREE like everyone else.
Can I return my NSY Tee? ↑TOP

At this time we are not accepting returns, so you’ll just have to find someone else to give your free tee to for free. After a couple months you’ll be eligible to get more points and more tee’s, so try back.
Will you mail my NSY Tee to a PO Box? ↑TOP

Why do I have to live in Washington State to get a NSY Tee? ↑TOP

No Stank You is funded by the Washington State Department of Health. And while we’d love to see everyone in the free world wearing a fresh NSY Tee, we don’t have the funds to make that happen. So right now, only Washingtonians are eligible to get free NSY Tee’s. Sorry ‘bout that.
Why do I have to be between the ages of 13 and 20 to get a NSY Tee? ↑TOP

No Stank You is a tobacco-prevention effort created for teens. Don’t get us wrong, we’d love to see our Grandmas kickin’ it in NSY tees. But we just don't have that kind of cash.
When can I come back and get another NSY Tee? ↑TOP

After you redeem your first 3 MOB points for a free NSY Tee, we’ll send you an email in a few months alerting you that you’re eligible for another free NSY Tee! Until then, keep coming back and earning more MOB points.
What are the requirements for submitting my own NSY Tee design? ↑TOP

First, make it cool. Next, your Tee design has to have some sort of No Stank You message. Maybe it says "No Stank You," or "NSY." Maybe it has a giant half-snake/half-pig monster crushing a cigarette. Whatever. And make the file size no larger than 250kb.
How do I post a link to nostankyou.com on my personal web site? ↑TOP

Step 1:
Log in with your MOB account (Click here to log in now).
You have to have a MOB account to earn MOB points. If you don't have one, get one! Click here to join the MOB.

Step 2:
Go to the "Sign up a friend" page (Click here to go there now).

Step 3:
Copy the link in the "Paste this link" box to your clipboard.

Step 4:
Paste the link onto the page in your personal site.

Step 5:
Let your friends know about the link and tell them to click it to help you earn MOB points!
How do shirt sizes run? ↑TOP

The shirts run in a juniors size range, meaning a bit smaller and slimmer than an adult sized shirt. For example our girl’s mediums are like normal women’s smalls. Our boy’s shirts run true to men’s sizes, thought they are cut slightly slimmer. Currently we aren’t accepting returns but check back to earn more points and free shirts.
How long will it take to receive my NSY tee? ↑TOP

We don’t make it till you order it. So you’ll get your tee about 2 or 3 weeks after you place your order.
How long does it take for my MOB points to show up? ↑TOP

It depends. You get one MOB point for rating tee designs as soon as you rate a design. When you submit a tee design or a MOB pic of yourself wearing a NSY tee, your MOB point will be awarded as soon as your design or pic is approved. For signing up a friend, your MOB point will be awarded as soon as a friend clicks your link or NSY banner and joins the MOB.
I have 3 points, how do I get my free t-shirt? ↑TOP

It’s real easy. Once you’ve got your 3 MOB points, just select from available shirts on the ‘shirts’ page. Look for new printed designs every couple months or so.
The shirt or size that I am trying to order is out of stock. When will it be available again? ↑TOP

We may or may not reorder shirts or designs once they are out of stock. It all depends on how many people ask us to bring them back. We will definitely have new and cool shirts on an ongoing basis, so don't worry. We're sure we'll have something you like, that is your size, soon.
I posted an NSY link on my website, so why haven't I recieved a point? ↑TOP

To actually receive your NSY banner point, someone has to click on your banner and register for the MOB through it. Once someone completes this task your point will show up, so you may want to urge friends to sign up through you. Same thing goes with the email point. You can email your friends all you want but one of them has to actually register in order for you to gain a MOB point.
I registered for the MOB but I haven't recieved activation my email. What do I do? ↑TOP

If you have registered for the MOB but haven't yet received your confirmation email please check your junk mail box first. Oftentimes our email gets screened out and winds up with spammers, even though we aren't one. If you still don't have an NSY confirmation in your email's junk mail then you can send a note to info@nostankyou.com. Please include your first and last name, and email address. We'll contact you with what to do next.
I ordered my t-shirt over 3 weeks ago, so why hasn't it shown up? ↑TOP

We get many shirts that are returned to us, due to inaccurate addresses. Please double check your profile to make sure that your address is entered as the shirt should be shipped.

Unfortunately we can't intercept mis-addressed shirts, nor can we re-ship them. If your shirt winds up at the wrong address you'll have to wait a few more weeks until we allow MOB members to earn more points and get more shirts, and then you can reorder.
I've earned my 3 MOB points and want to order my tee. How much will I have to pay for shipping and handling? ↑TOP

When we say "free" we mean it. There are no costs for shipping and handling, so order away!
