Peeps and Homies Against Tobacco and Kirkland Against Tobacco (PHAT KAT)
Peeps and Homies Against Tobacco and Kirkland Against Tobacco (PHAT KAT) is a tobacco awareness group made up of high school students from the Kirkland area. The students work to promote awareness of the dangers of tobacco and prevent their peers from smoking.
